Kristin Dial, Chief Executive Officer

Kristin Dial is a 2009 graduate from Marshall University with a Master of Science in Health Care Administration and a 2002 graduate with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biological Sciences. She became a Registered Nurse in 2005 from SWVCTC.    Mrs. Dial is the first executive director since the inception of Coalfield.  Mrs. Dial is an active member of the West Virginia Rural Health Association, West Virginia Primary Care Association, the Logan County Chamber of Commerce, Partner’s in Health, and the Logan Healthcare Foundation. Mrs. Dial is a founding member of the Wild Wonderful and Healthy Logan County initiative which is a collaborative of Logan County entities implementing a community health plan to create a healthy workforce and increase economic development in their rural community.
